PURPOSE:To obtain a composition forming a semiconducting layer capable of adhering to a polar resin layer and readily releasing by blending a resin component containing specific polyethylene silicone concentrate, etc., with carbon black, fatty acid and crosslinking agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. resin content consisting of (A) 60-40 pts.wt. high-pressure-processed low-density polyethylene having 1.5-5.0 MFR, (B) 20-30 pts.wt. high-pressure-processed low- density polyethylene-silicone concentrate containing 40-55wt.% silicone content, (C ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer having 3.5-20 MFR and 0.88-0.90g/cm<3> density and/or polyolefin elastomer having 0.2-3.0 MFR and 0.88-0.89g/cm<3> density with (D) 30-55 pts.wt. conductive carbon black, (E) 0.2-5.0 pts.wt. higher fatty acid and/or divalent metal salt thereof, (F) 0.3-4.0 pts.wt. hindered phenol based antioxidant and (G) 0.3-4.0 pts.wt. organic peroxide based crosslinking agent. |
