<p>The invention relates to a microscanning device intended to deflect periodically a collimated luminous flux. The device according to the invention consists of at least one disc (D1) or (D2), of radius r, thickness (e) or index (n) which is variable along its circumference, the disc rotating at constant speed. The thickness (e) or the index (n) varies in such a way as to bring about linear scanning. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such a device by etching, by photoetching or by ion doping. Application to IR detectors of mosaic type for a thermal camera. <IMAGE></p> |
