LIQUID PHASE ISOMERIZATION OF IODOAROMATIC COMPOUNDS The invention relates to a process for isomerizing a liquid iodoaromatic compound which is selcted from the group consisting of iodobenzene, iodobiphenyl and iodonaphthalene and which is preferably iodonaphthalene in the presence of an inert solvent at a temperature in the range of 100.degree. to 275.degree.C, preferably 180.degree. to 250.degree.C, over an acidic Y-type, Xtype or L-type zeolite catalyst. |
