PRINTING MACHINE CONTROL SYSTEM

Apparatus for controlling a machine, particularly a printing press with a control desk, consisting of controls (2, 3.4) for the inputting of commands and indicators (1) for status indication. A first group of controls (2) serves to select the assignment of a second group of controls (3) to specific machine components to be controlled. This assignment is indicated by means of the indicators (1). A further group of controls (4) serves to switch on or off function elements (16-19) provided in the selected components or to make a change in a setting value of said function element. (Fig. 1)
