<p>PURPOSE:To produce the copper-clad steel plate having high shearing strength by rolling the composite of copper plates and steel plates at specific rolling shape ratio in specific total draft ranges. CONSTITUTION:The composite formed by disposing two sheets of the copper plates interposed with one sheet of the copper plate between two sheets of the steel plates is rolled by specifying the rolling reduction ( H) per pass in such a manner that the rolling shape ratios up to 30% total draft, over 30%, up to 20%, and over 20%, respectively, attain the ratios within the ranges expressed by equations of [Eq. 1], [Eq. 2], [Eq. 3], and [Eq. 4]. The copper-clad steel plate having the uniform cladding metal thickness and the high shearing strength is produced by the rolling method in this way.</p> |
