PURPOSE:To provide the document preparing device capable of easily preparing documents including such as fractional expressions, expressions including radical signs, determinants, indicies, and operation expressions. CONSTITUTION:When a fraction input command is provided to a means 11, denominator and numerator parts are stored in means 12 and 13. A means 14 automatically produces the prescribed length of denominator/numerator division line and a means 15 prepares an image of the fractional expression. When a radical sign input command is provided to a means 21, radical sign elements are stored in a means 22, a means 23 produces a radical sign according to this, and a means 24 prepares the overall image. Means 31 to 34 can produce determinants and means 41 to 45 can provide indicies. When an operation expression input command is provided to a means 51, means 54 and 55 indicate the location of characters to be inputted to the periphery of operational codes, enabling character input for each location. |
