A method of power generation is disclosed using fuel derived from algae. The algae may be combined with other substances to form the fuel, which may be used for example in diesel engine or steam turbines. The fuel preferably comprises algae which are physically and chemically unaltered. The fuel and the method of power generation using the fuel are suitable for both stationary and mobile applications. A method of power generation comprising a series of steps to be performed cyclically is also disclosed. |
