PURPOSE:To manage distribution destination and confidential documents without clearly expressing that it is a confidential document by outputting the only one character with different places by distribution destinations with the use of an identification ID character font when the confidential document is outputted. CONSTITUTION:As the pre-processing of the output of the confidential document, the number of distribution destinations is set, a document file is stored, and the total character number of a sentence file is set. When tone confidential document is outputted from the information stored in these storage means, the only one character different places by distribution destination is outputted by the character font for distribution destination identification. Then the confidential documents can be identified by distribution destination. The distribution destination of the original confidential documents is estimated from the copy of the confidential documents and the information stored in the storage means. Thus, the document can be managed without clearly expressing that it is a confidential document, and the leak can be found from the copy document. |
