DEGREASING OF FORMED CERAMIC ARTICLE

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of defects such as crack in a molded article during degreasing process by annealing a ceramic article composed of a ceramic material and a resin component and degreasing the annealed article. CONSTITUTION:A formed article is produced by mixing a ceramic material and a resin component at a volume ratio of (2-3):2 and forming the mixture. The formed article is annealed by heating at a temperature between the softening temperature of the resin in the article and the deterioration temperature of the article for a period to complete the relaxation of the internal stress, and the annealed article is degreased.
