PURPOSE:To prepare the thread management data standardized using data set by components of thread in a setting stage by a classifying the type of threads for each component to the prescribed item. CONSTITUTION:The shape of the thread is classified by items of head shape, nominal diameter, and thread part length, type and surface processing and special designation, then plural standardized data which a designer can select are prepared by applicable five items, and coded thread management data can be prepared by selecting a designer objective data from the applicable data. By preparing thread management data using easy-to-produce standardized data every component, the only easy-to-produce threads can be designed in a simple method. |
