PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the processing ability and at the same time to obtain the objective information when needed by providing a function which records plural types of information produced during the business work into a storage and a function which reads the information recorded in the storage and then outputs these information to a display device and a printer for collation of the information. CONSTITUTION:An event control part 7 receives the information on occurrence of events from the control parts 10-16 and codes these events for reduction of the storage capacity. Then the part 7 informs an event recording part 8 of a recording request. The capacity recorded in a back-up memory 4 is checked for decision whether the information is recorded into the memory 4 or a fixed magnetic disk 3. When the record is collated, the recorded information are read out of the disk 3 and the memory 4. These read information are decoded and edited. The these edited data are outputted to a CRT display 2 or a printer 5. |
