<p>PURPOSE:To provide an image recorder using an end surface light emission element capable of emitting light from both end surfaces of the front and rear surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive body 26 is composed of a supporting body 29 having light transmissivity and a conductive layer 28. A developing unit 30 is in contact with the surface of the photosensitive body 26. An end surface light emission type writing element on which an image forming element 22 is provided on one side of both end surfaces for emitting the light of the end surface light emission element 24 capable of emitting the light from both end surfaces of the front and rear surfaces, is provided in the photosensitive body 26. The photosensitive body 26 is exposed/recorded with optical information obtained by forming an image via the image forming element 22, and exposed/ destaticized with the light emission of the other side.</p> |
