PURPOSE:To downsize the profile by securing transistors, while dividing it into N blocks, to the outer face of an N-polygonal tube having inner faces from which a plurality of heat dissipating fins are projecting inward. CONSTITUTION:An insulating paper 12 is wound around a metal frame 11 and transistors Q1-Q6 having upwardly bent terminals, to be connected with source electrode terminals (S), are set thereon. The source electrode terminals (S) are inserted into holes 14a made through a reverse L-type connecting lugs 14b of common connection bus bars (CB) 14A-14F. CBs 15, 16 of drain electrode terminals (D) are then inserted into holes 15a, 16a of connection lugs(LC) 15b, 16b while bending along the surface of the insulating paper 12. Furthermore, each gate electrode terminal G projecting from the top face of LCs 15b, 16b is inserted into a hole 17c of a circuit pattern 17d from above at a connecting lug part 17a independently for printed wirings 17A-17F. At the same time, the LCs 15b, 16b of the CBs 15, 16 inserted with the S and D are brought out through exposed holes 17b of the printed wiring boards 17A-17F and superposed thereon. |
