PURPOSE:To rapidly and easily execute the excision and suction of the tissue of a lesion by an ultrasonic sucker and to prevent the excess excision. CONSTITUTION:The ultrasonic suction device 1 is used to excise the section to be examined by the ultrasonic waves oscillated by an ultrasonic oscillator under the observation of an endoscope image and an ultrasonic image and suck the excised section. While an ultrasonic sensor 8 which outputs a signal by detecting the ultrasonic waves emitted by an ultrasonic wave probe 12 of the ultrasonic endoscope which is a separate body, a driving device 3 which stops the excitation of the ultrasonic oscillator of the ultrasonic probe 2 when the ultrasonic sensor 8 detects the ultrasonic waves emitted by the ultrasonic wave probe 12 is provided. The driving device 3 of the ultrasonic suction device 1 stops the oscillation of the ultrasonic oscillator of the suction probe 2 by receiving the signal as the detected ultrasonic waves emitted by the ultrasonic probe 12 of the ultrasonic endoscope which is dected by the ultrasonic sensor 8 of the suction probe 2.
