1. Mounting unit for optical elements, in particular for reflectors of a fluorescent lamp mounting beam, the bottom of which, being connected to the upper part of the beam by means of the screws, adheres to the bottom of the reflector or to the surface of metal strips connecting the sides of the reflector, characterized in that it consists of at least two bolts (1) positioned at right angles to the axis (2) of symmetry of the mounting beam (3) and of screws (4) fixing the bottom (5) of the mounting beam (3) to its upper part, where the ends of bolts (1) are placed in the tunnels (6, 6') of the guides that are mounted in parallel to the axis (2) of symmetry of the mounting beam (3) and spaced symmetrically around the axis (2), and each bolt (1) is made of a spring-back strip of metal bent into an arch shape and has in the middle of its length a slit (7) where a screw (4) is inserted at the point of attachment of the reflector (8) to the mounting beam (3).<IMAGE>
