A device for manufacturing thin-walled products from thermoplastics by the extrusion molding and blowing method equipped with a screw extruder and a molding and blowing unit with at least one trolley to which a mold and a blowing mandrel are fastened, characterized in that the trolley body (1) is equipped with a horizontal guide (2) on which a vertical basis (3) is suspended and joined with the trolley body (1) by means of a manually driven lead screw (4), which basis is joined separably by means of an adjusting wedge (9) situated in the vertical plane with the external plate (12), to which the housing (15) of the blowing mandrel is fastened with bolts (14) and vertical guides.
