A method of micropreparative separation of enantiomers of chiral terpene hydrocarbons by the gas partition chromatography method with the use of alpha-cyclodextrine inclusion complexes in a solution of formamide constituting the stationary phase spread on an inactive solid support, characterized in that the mixture of chiral terpene hydrocarbons is let through a column with a filling which is a silica solid support or diatomaceous earth covered in 18 û 28 percent in relation to the weight of the solid support with the stationary phase comprising alpha-cyclodextrine in an amount of 1.7 percent - 3.2 percent by weight, formamide in an amount of 13 percent û 15 percent by weight, water in an amount of 4 percent û 20 percent by weight and an inorganic lithium salt or a mixture thereof in an amount of 1.5 percent û 3 percent by weight in relation to the weight of the solid support, whereas the column together with the filling is conditioned isothermally before the separation process in a temperature between 40 degrees C and 50 degrees C, whereas the separation is conducted in a column temperature between 30 degrees C and 50 degrees C and with the speed of the inactive carrier gas between 30 and 100 ml/min.
