A method of micro-reproduction of hyacinth corms in in-vitro cultures regenerated on nutrient media including mineral salts of basal composition according to the Murashige and Skoog recipe, characterized in that primary explants are taken in the form of fragments of epidermal and sub-epidermal tissue cut out from leaves hidden inside mother corms as reproduction material for regeneration in in-vitro cultures, on nutrient media for shoots a juvenile culture is stabilized on the tissues taken, on which culture numerous one-leaf adventitious shoots appear, situated on the edges of the explant, and continuous multiplication of the culture from epidermal and sub-epidermal layers isolated from the adventitious shoots is conducted, and further the epidermal and sub-epidermal explants obtained in that way are used as a material for forming corms and are put on corm nutrient medium, after prior cooling in a low temperature, in order to initiate the anlages of adventitious corms in the adventitious shoots tissues, and further the material is put in the already known temperature conditions, optimal for starch synthesis, causing the growth and development of anlages until ripe adventitious corms are formed.
