Apparatus for dissipating kinetic energy of gin tubs in fender beams of a deep mine shaft in a flexible way in case of an emergency passage of the said gin tubs over the end levels of free passage ways, characterized in that under the fender beams (3) and symmetrically along their longitudinal axis supporting frames (1) with elastomer shock absorbers (2) are fastened, whereas each supporting frame (1) is mounted with bolts (4) situated in oblong openings (7) of the joints (5 and 6) on both sides of the shaft way in such a way that the frame can rotate and slide vertically, whereas the elastomer shock absorbers (2) seated with their cylinders (2a) in the sleeves (1e) of the supporting frame (1) are supported with the heads (2b) of their piston rods (2c) against the bottom plate (3a) of the fender beam (3).<IMAGE>
