PURPOSE:To provide an overheat protective device which systematically performs overheat protective operations by using electric signals. CONSTITUTION:This overheat protective device is provided with an overheat detecting element 4 which detects the overheat of a heat generating element 2 and is provided in a state where the element 4 is thermally adhered and an overheat protective circuit 5 which stops the operation of the element 2 by subtracting and ORing the signal detecting an overheat and the output of an error amplifier 3. The workability of the mounting operation of the element 4 is improved when the element 4 is mounted, since no special treatment is required, but soldering only. In addition, since the overheat detecting temperature can be arbitrarily set, the overheat protection can be performed in corresponding to the used state of heat generating parts. Moreover, the overheat detection can be performed in a plurality of modes. |
