<p>PURPOSE:To certainly bond even a decorative sheet inferior to elongation characteristics to the complicated curved surface of a trim main body under pressure without generating wrinkles and peeling. CONSTITUTION:A plug assist for applying a decorative sheet 12 to the surface of the recessed part of a trim main body 11 is arranged to a press bonding lower mold 30 to adjust the developing rate of the decorative sheet 12 low and the peripheral edge of the decorative sheet 12 is held by a movable clamp device 60. The application of excessive tension to the decorative sheet 12 is prevented when the trim main body 11 and the decorative sheet 12 are bonded under pressure and the press bonding lower mold 30 is divided into a movable mold 33 and a fixed mold 34 and, by performing the engagement with a press bonding upper mold 20 in two stages, the tension applied to the decorative sheet is further relaxed.</p> |
