PURPOSE:To prevent favorably generation of efflorescence which is ascribable to dewing or breathing of the surface of a molded product at the time of performance of heating and curing even if it is a extrusion-molded body of a mineral kneaded matter being controlled under a low-temperature condition. CONSTITUTION:A mineral kneaded matter comprised by adding an organic fiber such as pulp, the other necessary additive, water and an extrusion auxilialy agent to hydraulic mineral raw materials such as cement or plaster and kneading is extrusion-molded, which is received on a pallet, transferred to a curing chamber along with the pallet and cured. On this occasion, the title method is constituted so that the top of every pallets accumulated in multi-stage or the surface of a product are coated with a permeable and waterproof sheet and heating and curing are performed by steam or hot air and a water drop is prevented from dropping directly on the surface of the product by the permeable and waterproof sheet. |
