Blade throttling valve which has the form of a round plate symmetrically situated on a support axle, which in turn has the form of a beam with rectangular lengthwise recess, characterized in that a round plate (2), which is fixed in the rectangular lengthwise recess of the support axle (1), has two passage windows (3Æand 3ÆÆ) covered by two opposite deflectors (4Æ and 4ÆÆ), and surface of the windows is limited by curves, which are described from the centre of the plate (2), and by straight lines, parallel to longitudinal symmetry axis of the support axle (1), and furthermore the deflector (4Æ) which situated from the side of an air intake (4ÆÆ) is bent upward, while the second deflector (4ÆÆ) situated at the opposite side is bent downward.<IMAGE>
