PURPOSE:To arrange a layout at the time of preparing a document at the layout desired by a user with a simple definition by setting the attribute of an item to be outputted. CONSTITUTION:An ROM 12 which stores a processing procedure in the form of a program and fixed data, and an RAM 13 which temporarily stores data to be used for an arithmetic operation or an arithmetic result or the like, are connected with a CPU 11. And also, a layout registering document 14 which indicates the item to be outputted, and the number of digits and attribute of each item, output coordinate registering document 15 which stores the calculated line, digit position, and vertical and horizontal size of each item, record file 16 which stores the established data by each prescribed record unit, inputting part 17, display part 18, and printing part 19, are connected with the CPU 11. In this case, the layout registering document 14 is installed, the output line of each item is decided based on the attribute added to each item, the output digit position of each item is calculated based on the number of the digits of the item of each line, and the data of the item corresponding to each calculated digit position of each line are outputted. |
