PURPOSE:To prevent a fact that oil, etc., are scattered and the periphery is stained, and to easily clear the kitchen by providing a vessel cover having a pot cover which is installed in a main body, comes into contact with an edge of a cooking pot and covers an opening, and attaching the pot cover rotatably to the vessel cover. CONSTITUTION:A main body 40 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape, and on the upper face, an opening part 41 is provided. Also, a contact shaft 45 is fitted loosely to a cylindrical shaft 44 so that it can move within a prescribed range in the vertical direction, and upward force is applied thereto by a spring 47. A pot receiving base 51 is fixed to the upper end of the cylindrical shaft 44, opposed to the opening part 41, and a cooking pot 52 is placed on the pot receiving base 51 so that it can be taken out freely through this opening part 41. A pot cover 75 is attached to a vessel cover 60 with a fitting metallic fixture 69 so as to be attachable and detachable. On the vessel cover 60 and the pot cover 75, vapor vents 78, 79 are provided. When a handle 61 is raised by undoing a latch 63, the vessel cover 60 rotates integrally with the pot cover 75 by using a hinger 62 as a supporting point and the upper face of the main body 40 is opened. Also, when the vessel cover 60 is closed and the latch 63 is locked, the pot cover 75 is pressed against the cooking pot 52, therefore, scattering of oil, etc., is prevented. |
