PURPOSE:To save labor and time for directly inputting an address code by an operator and to prevent input error by preparing an address information retrieval screen for inputting address information and selecting the objective address information out of the screen. CONSTITUTION:An address master file 4 is provided to store the address information containing an address code, name written in KANA (Japanese syllabary), name written in KANJI (Chinese character) and zip code, and when inputting address data, the address master file 4 is retrieved with one part of the above- mentioned address data as a key. Then, the relevant address data are selected out of the hit address information. |
