PURPOSE:To improve accuracy for calculating distributing time by using simple basic information. CONSTITUTION:A basic information input part 1-4 inputs the basic information composed of first information classifying client destinations into blocks beforehand and second information composed of average distributing time between a distribution center and the block, between the blocks and within the blocks from a basic information is input from terminal 1-1 and stores it in the information storage part 1-6. According to a distribution order instructed by distribution information 1-2 inputted through a distribution information is input from part 1-5, a distributing time calculation part 1-7 calculates the partial distributing time between the respective client destinations by using the first information and the second information in the basic information and calculates the entire distributing time by adding the calculated partial distributing time. A distributing time output part 1-8 outputs the calculated entire distributing time. |
