PURPOSE:To increase the strength and rigidity of a desk without largely augmenting the material of construction, and to prevent shape distortion such as warpage, torsion, etc., by integrally molding a solid structure, in which a plurality of hollow sections independent in a table plate, a side plate or a rear face plate are disposed at specific positions, by one molding die. CONSTITUTION:A desk is formed as a solid structure, into which a hollow section is incorporated, by one injection molding die. Approximately rectangular two hollow sections 4 are disposed symmertically to the table plate 1 of the desk 10. A plurality of specified independent hollow sections 5, 6, 7 are also formed symmetrically or under an arrayed state in side plates 2 and rear face plates 3 supporting the table plate 1 so as not to generate warpage, torsion, etc. Skin wall thickness T1 on the side, where load is applied, is made larger than wall thickness T2 on the reverse side only by a fixed quantity while holding the hollow sections 4 in the table plate 1, thus preventing warpage and torsion. |
