AUTOMATIC MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR COIL-SHAPED ELECTRIC PART

PURPOSE: To obtain an automated manufacturing method of coiled electric component having a thin insulated wire touching a terminal element through laser welding in which the component is reduced in size through direct coupling of the wire and the terminal element without relying on heat resistant contact having mechanical and electrical stability improved through small deformation of the wire or a sandwich technology. CONSTITUTION: A part to be used for welding only a terminal element 3 is fused by direct irradiation 2 of laser to provide a welding spot 7. A wire is buried immediately after the welding spot 7 is cooled down to such a level as only the surface begins to fuse after burying a wire.
