<p>A device for tapping and converting thermal energy. A method and a device are provided for tapping thermal energy from any source or deposit regardless of its temperature, wherein a refrigerating device for absorbing calories from without is combined with a motor device for converting the calories into work, and a device for recycling the calories through electromagnetic radiation. Since the device requires no external cold source, its thermodynamic efficiency is therefore 1, and calories can be tapped even from low-temperature deposits.
