PURPOSE:To investigate the accurate physical properties of a sample by calculating the average displacement to pressure from a plurality of samples such as a soil material or asphalt, cement and concrete or the like and to automatically measure the change of them over a long time at the same time. CONSTITUTION:A multiple automatic load applying control apparatus is constituted of a plurality of load applying devices 1 each consisting of a small load bellow cylinder and a large load bellows cylinder, a plurality of air supply devices 33 supplying compressed air to the respective load applying devices and a computer 41 comparing the detection values of the respective load applying devices 1 with a command value to perform the feedback control of the air supply devices.
