PURPOSE:To aim at lightweightiness, campactification, improvement in accuracy and parallelism with a center-to-center distance due to cumulative error prevention, low-unit cost of production, rigidity betterment, reduction in the factor of oil leakage and so on by curtailing the number of part items in a motorized gear reducer with a prestage. CONSTITUTION:Two-type covers, a connecting cover so far essential and a prestage cover, are unified into a solid cover 130. In addition, a tip diameter D1 of a pinion 110 to be attached to the tip of a motor shaft 108 is designed to be smaller than a diameter D2 of a part getting into the solid cover 130 of the motor shaft 108. With this constitution, this solid cover 130 is made attachable in keeping the pinion 110 attached intact to the tip of the motor shaft 108 in advance, thus the solid cover 130 can be attached to both sides of a motor 102 and a gearbox 106 so easily without hindrance. |
