PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus by making correct and sufficient ultrasonic power reach a part to be treated from inside a body cavity with a simple construction and control to allows the obtaining of an effective treatment effect quickly. CONSTITUTION:An inserting part is inserted into a body cavity and an ultrasonic vibrator 3 for observation built into the tip part of the tip of the inserting part is rotated to scan. As a result, image information of the part to be observed is obtained with an observer 14 by a signal of the ultrasonic vibrator for observation. Then, when angle information about the axis of the inserting part of a part 21 to be treated such as thrombus is inputted with an input device 20 based on the image information, an input signal is sent to a controller 19. Then, a probe rotating device 15 drives to rotate a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators 2 for treatment built in the tip part about the axis of the inserting part to change the indicating direction.
