PURPOSE:To improve an air conditioning efficiency and improve an outer appearance of a building by a method wherein an outdoor heat exchanger of a separate type air-cooling type heat pump comprised of an outdoor heat exchanger as well as an outdoor heat exchanger can be mounted in a building. CONSTITUTION:A hollow shaft 3 is passed from the lowermost floor 1a of a high storied dwelling building 1 to the uppermost floor 1b. Interior part of the shaft 3 is divided into a suction side 3a and a discharging side 3b by a partition wall 4. Each of the suction side 3a at an upper end of the shaft 3 and the discharging side 3b is communicated with the surrounding air, respectively, and only the suction side 3a at the lower end of the shaft 3 is communicated with the surrounding air. The outdoor heat exchangers 9 are disposed in proper number at the partition wall 4, and the outdoor heat exchanger 9 and the indoor heat exchanger 8 are communicated to each other by refrigerant pipes 10a, 10b. In addition, the grid-like floors 11 are installed for every floors and at the same time a sound insulating and fire-proof door 12 is installed at a side wall of the shaft 3 adjacent to the floor 11. |
