PURPOSE:To prevent the cutting of a wire connected to an optical connector by the rotation of the optical connector in resin mold by engaging the first engaging means of the optical connector with the second engaging means of a mold and strictly regulating movement in the circumferential direction of the optical connector in the mold. CONSTITUTION:A lead frame 1, to which optical connectors 5 are installed, is arranged onto a bottom force 6 so that the projecting sections 3c of the optical connectors 5 are interlinked with projecting sections 6c, and a top force is incorporated. A resin material is injected into the cavity of a mold, and the optical connectors 5, electronic circuit parts and the lead frame 1 are unified. To be concrete, a package section, from which one parts (outer leads) on the lead frame side of lead pins 1b one end sides of the optical connectors 5 are exposed, is formed. |
