Small lamp in form of candle - has fuel contained in bottle made of transparent or translucent plastics

A small lamp, which resembles a candle, consists of a bottle (1) which contains a liq. fuel. The bottle has a neck (2) of reduced dia. and is made from transparent or translucent plastics. The neck is fitted with an inner disc (4) made of metal. A small tube (5) is mounted centrally in the disc and supports the wick (6) which extends downwards into the fuel. A small through hole (7) is formed in the metal disc to one side of the central tube. The outer edge of the metal disc is so shaped that an outer disc (9) of transparent or translucent plastic can be clipped to it. USE/ADVANTAGE - Candle type lamp with plastics bottle which is cheaper than a metal bottle.
