Polyimide siloxanes which also include ester and/or amide groups, and process for producing these involving the reaction of alpha , omega -dialkenylimides incorporating ester and/or amide groups with an organosilicon compound containing two Si-bound hydrogen atoms in the presence of a catalyst which promotes the addition of Si-bound hydrogen onto the aliphatic multiple bond.
