SEPARABLE PRESSURE-SENSITIVE RECORDING PAPER

摘要

PURPOSE:To simplify a paper making process by applying separability imparting disposal to said process when a plurality of pressure-sensitive recording papers each formed by applying microcapsules containing an electron donating leuco dye solution are superposed one upon another to be used as a slip file. CONSTITUTION:Microcapsules including an electron donating dye solution are applied to a base material prepared from a slurry containing a mixture of paper making pulp and a heat-sealable adhesive by a papermaking process to prepare pressure-sensitive recording paper (upper paper) and a plurality of the pressure-sensitive recording papers and usual developer coated papers (lower papers) are combined to be superposed one upon another to form a slip file and, only by applying heat treatment to one cut surface of the slip file to paste the file and separable pressure-sensitive recording papers wherein only one set of the upper and lower papers can be simply drawn out are formed. Separability is imparted to a papermaking process and pasting is possible only applying simple heat treatment at the time of the formation of the slip file and labor can be omitted as compared with conventional one.
