The container (1) has at least one support (L) to which props (2) for the goods are movably attached by means of at least two pivot-arms (3,4) movably linked both to the support and to the props, to form a link quadrilateral. The arms' pivot axles (6) on the support and props are staggered in position so that when the pivot arms are moved, the angular position of the prop attached to it is altered in relation to the pivot arms by a set amount. The pivot axles are in the form of parallel bolts (5,6). Each prop is held in position against a restoring force, exerted by a return leg-spring.
