The use of a compound of general formula (I) is described, wherein R1, R2, R3, taken separately or together, may be a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl radical, an acetoxy CH3C00- grouping, a C1-5 lower alkoxy grouping or an alkylenedioxy-O-(ch2)n-O- chain in which n is 1 or 2; R4 may be a hydrogen atom, a C1-5 lower alkyl radical or a phenyl core optionally substituted by the above mentioned radicals or groupings R1, R2 and R3; and R' is a hydrogen atom or a methyl radical; and physiologically acceptable derivatives thereof, for the manufacture of a drug for treating hyperactive or unstable bladders.
