The bus fuel tank (1) is sited in the wheel arch (3) to fill the space between the arch and mudguard (4) lid. The tank (2) pref. forms seat support and holders (5). Typically the tank is screwed tight to the bus floor via solid flanges on the aisle side, and flexible material is packed in between the tank and mudguard. USE/ADVANTAGE - For low floor buses, with easy fitting in space saving manner.
