PURPOSE:To achieve a control of comfortable environment helpful for elimina tion of stress by expressing a personal psychological quantity data quantitatively to measure it in real time. CONSTITUTION:Actions of a person or physical quantities of parts of the person are measured and a degree of relaxation or a degree of anti-relaxation of the person involved is displayed numerically in the form of deviation from the normal condition based on changed in the actions or the physical quantities measured. Thus, phychological changes of the person are measures quantitatively and based on the results of the measurement, environmental conditions of a space where the person exists are changed to control the phychological state of the person involved.
