PURPOSE:To obtain a long life collation electrode used in the measurement of the potential of a metal present in a liquid or the electric anticorrosion due to the measurement of potential and not generating functional loss due to the collision with grains of sand even during the use in environment having a relative speed between the liquid and the electrode and containing grains of sand. CONSTITUTION:A collation electrode is equipped with an insulating case 20 having a cavity part 21 therein and the plate-shaped electrode 36 received in the case 20. The central part 22 of the leading end part of the case 20 most protrudes and inclined surfaces 23, 24 are formed to said leading end part on both sides of the central part and elongated holes 25-27 having a planar shape connecting the outside and the cavity part 21 are respectively provided to the central part and both inclined surfaces 23, 24. The electrode 36 is subjected to chemical surface treatment and inserted in the cavity part 21 of the case 20 from the center hole 25 so as to generate a gap in the hole 25. |
