PURPOSE:To prevent decrease of static elimination effect and fall of lightning due to approach of a discharging wire to a gutter-like housing by providing a means for regulating vibration and amplitude of the discharging wire inside the housing. CONSTITUTION:An amplitude regulation member 4 is composed of a non- conductive plate member of almost the same width as a gutter-like housing 1, and is fitted in the center part of the chute-like housing 1. A U-shaped notch K that is no more than 2.5mm wide, is provided on the amplitude regulation member 4, from the upper end center to the center of the plate surface, and a discharging wire 2 is inserted from the bottom of a notch K along a position of not less than 2.5mm, in the vicinity of an arc-shaped bottom of the notch K. The both side surfaces and the lower side of the discharging wire 2 is regulated by the notch K, and amplitude exceeding a maximum level of 2.5mm is suppressed thereby. The material of the amplitude regulation member 4 is preferred to be a material excellent in particular in earth resistance, and tracking resistance, and denaturated PPE resin or silicon resin and the like is used. |
