PURPOSE:To provide the subject cleanser comprising a non-halogenic rosinic solder flux cleanser and a halogenated hydrocarbon as active ingredients, and dispensable with a thermal drying treatment and a waste water treatment while holding the nonflammability, cleansability and environmental characteristics. CONSTITUTION:The objective cleanser comprises (A) 20-80wt.% of a ionhalogenic rosinic solder flux cleanser comprising (i) at least one glycol ether compound of the formula (R<1> is H, 1-5C alkyl; R<2> is 1-5C alkyl; R<3> is H, methyl; k is an integer of 2-4), (ii) a nonionic surfactant and, if necessary, (iii) water and/or a polyoxyalkylene phosphate ester surfactant, and (B) 80-20wt.% of 1,1,1,3,3,3- hexafluoro-2-propanol as active ingredients. |
