PURPOSE:In regard to a semiconductor integrated circuit having a redundant circuit which saves a faulty bit of a semiconductor memory, specifically, to provide a semiconductor integrated circuit for which power consumption is reduced and an occupied area during a mask pattern layout is reduced. CONSTITUTION:Fuses 104 to 109 and programmable circuits 118 to 121 which include a first transistor 110 are connected to a common precharge node PR. Furthermore, a third transistor 117 which performs charging is connected to the common precharge node PR, second transistors 111 to 116, which perform discharge, are commonly connected to the one side of the fuses 104 to 109 which are included in the programmable circuit 118 to 121. During a normal memory access, which occupies almost all of memory access, the circuit is constructed so that charging and discharging take place at only one node, i.e., the common precharge node PR thus, a reduction of power consumption is realized. |
