<p>PURPOSE:To make possible efficient supply and compression fusing of bulky waste synthetic resin by a method wherein in the compression-fusing machine the internal diameter of the chamber of the feed part is enlarged, the internal diameter of the compression part is reduced gradually and the diameter of the kneading part is made small. CONSTITUTION:When the material which is bulky such as waste foamed styrene etc. and reduced remarkably in quantity when it is fused is compressed and fused with the compression-fusing machine, the material is supplied to a feed part 6 having a large internal diameter of the chamber 2 and a large screw diameter 11 and carried. Then, through a compression part 7 having a gradually reducing diameter and a comparatively small diameter kneading part 8 corresponding to the termination of the compression part 7, compression fusing is carried out efficiently in response to reduction of the quantity due to fusing of the material. Further, kneading blades 12, 13 are provided on the compression part 7 and the kneading part 8, and sufficient spaces 7a, 8a are provided as a reservoir of fused material to promote fusing.</p> |
