PURPOSE:To effectively utilize fly ashes by forming the far-IR radiator by utilizing the nature as the good-quality and high-efficiency far-IR radiator of the fly ashes as the waste generated from a power plant, etc. CONSTITUTION:The fly ashes are thermally sprayed onto the surface of a base material 5 to form a film 6 of the fly ashes. The fly ashes which are added with a small amt. of an org. or inorg. binder and are kneaded are molded to a prescribed shape and the molding is calcined. Further, the fly ashes are incorporated onto or into paper or synthetic resin film. If the fly ashes are included into paper or film and such paper or film is formed in a sheet shape, such sheet is usable for packaging, wall paper and agricultural uses. |
