PURPOSE:To distribute an optical signal from a luminous device to plural light receiving devices without use of a large sized device and without increasing output power of the luminous device. CONSTITUTION:Since an optical signal from one luminous device 14 is distributed to plural light receiving devices 18-1-18-n by using a rotary mirror such as a polygon mirror 16, it is not required to provide plural luminous devices and to divide the optical signal of the luminous device of a large power and to distribute it.
