发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF COMPOSITION FOR THERMAL RECORDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a composition of high sensitivity and high chemical resistance by a method wherein the title composition is manufactured from a microcapsule including flocks flocculated by combining water soluble high polymer with components of an aromatic isocyanate compound, an imino compound, and a sensitizer. CONSTITUTION:When a composition for thermal recording is manufactured, a dispersion material wherein three components composed of an aromatic isocyanate compound, an imino compound, and a sensitizer are respectively singly dispersed or commonly dispersed with an anionic dispersion agent within a range of 0.5-1.0mum in average particle size is firstly mixed. Then, after mixing a water soluble high polymer in the dispersion material of three components abovementioned, this mixture is mixed in alkali metal salt of poly maleate anhydride copolymer to form flock by flocculation and beside, is dispersed by emulsification. Thereafter, a microcapsule wall agent is cast into the emulsified dispersion liquid to make a microcapsule, and a composition for thermal recording is obtained. In that case. 0.75-15.0 pts.wt. aqueous ammonia solution is added to 100 pts.wt. material included in the microcapsule.
